If you have any comments about the quality of CET you have completed or the CET Provider, we would like to hear from you. We would specifically like to know if:

• You were not issued with evidence of CET completion.
• Your attendance for the full length of the CET was not monitored
• You have any concerns about people gaining points but not attending/completing the CET.
• The CET delivered was not what was advertised
• The CET was more of a sales presentation than an objective lecture

Equally, we would also like to know when you have had an excellent CET experience:

• Why was the CET excellent?
• Who else could benefit from it?
